How does it work?
I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, an evidence-based approach, which enables your brain to come up with the solution that is right for you. This creates the perfect environment, thereby allowing your brain to take hold of the change, moving you in the direction that is right for you. It provides space and time for you to think before you react; allows you to feel and process thoughts and feelings before making any decisions and will rearrange and sort out erroneous sleep patterns. Hypnosis, or trance, is an absolute and natural state to be in and one that we find ourselves in, many times a day. I can help guide you to make both positive and life-changing adjustments, so you can move forwards in your life whilst helping you to get off that hamster wheel.
