Balanced Workshops
We offer hypnotherapy-based workshops with three specific focuses. You will be able to harness the power of hypnotherapy, bring the control back to you, and build on this new found wisdom and apply this to all other areas of your life.
- One area I focus on is to support pregnant women as they experience this unique time. For pregnant women, we focus on reducing anxiety and the worry around pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. The postnatal period can be as equally challenging as the pregnancy and birth as thoughts we have in pregnancy deeply affect the postnatal period.
- The second focus is to empower women during the perimenopausal and menopausal stages of life. With the knowledge and capabilities to handle these symptoms women can bring the control back and enjoy a sense of empowerment.
- The third focus is for both men and women. It’s about building resilience to stress by creating the space to act positively thereby not reacting with fear/anxiety/anger. The focus is on that space; the place where we can have an unemotional and calm response to the all the stressors that life can throw at us. This will bring calm both emotionally and physically which brings the mind and body back to a healthy balance.
These groups are designed to bring people together and to support one another in a compassionate and judgment free environment. You will join new friends in groups of weekly sessions, each of 90-120 minutes duration. All the sessions offer practical advice and takeaway actions that you can use for yourself at any time.
